Bereavement
Gentle support through grief and loss, whether it is recent or something you have carried for years.
A safe, confidential space in Arklow and online, where you can talk openly and be met with warmth, patience and no judgement. House visits are available for those who cannot travel, and walk and talk sessions are on offer for anyone who prefers to talk outdoors.
I offer psychotherapy in a safe, confidential space to explore issues affecting daily life.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy with a gentle, steady presence, creating a space where people of all ages can explore grief, loss, and the deep emotional pain that can follow life changing experiences. My practice is shaped by specialist training in bereavement and loss, and by extensive experience supporting both women and men through substance use concerns, trauma, suicidal ideation, and the complex emotional struggles that can make life feel heavy or overwhelming.
House visits are available for older adults and for people living with a life limiting illness, so support can come to you when getting out is hard.
Walk and talk sessions are also available, for anyone who finds it easier to talk while moving outdoors, side by side, rather than sitting in a room.
Every story is different. These are some of the areas I work with most often.

Understanding, patient company when everything feels grey, heavy or far away.
Time to reflect on change, loss, identity and what matters most at this stage of life, with house visits available.
Make sense of difficult patterns, communication struggles and the pain of relationships that are changing.
Respectful, judgement free support for you or someone close to you, including a special focus on women and substance use.

Healing takes time. There is no rush here.
I am a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Arklow, working with adults in person and online. People often come to me at a turning point, after a loss, a diagnosis, or a long stretch of feeling low. My role is to walk alongside you with genuine care while you find your own way forward.
I work in a calm, grounded way, meeting each person exactly where they are. My focus is on helping people make sense of what they're carrying, find moments of relief, and slowly reconnect with strength, hope, and a sense of themselves again. My approach is warm, human, and centred on supporting each person's unique journey with compassion and care.
